Everything a phone system should do.
Nothing it shouldn't cost extra for.

One license, every feature. Exovo ships the whole toolkit on your own hardware — no per-feature paywalls, no per-seat surprises.

Calling & routing

GUIDES →

The full call-handling toolkit, managed from a clean web console.

Extensions & users

SIP extensions with voicemail, forwarding profiles, Find Me / Follow Me staged ringing, BLF keys and per-user permissions.

Ring groups

Ring-all and sequential strategies with typed no-answer routing to any destination — extension, queue, IVR or voicemail.

Call queues

Agent login/logout by dial code, overflow voicemail with group email delivery, and customer callbacks that redial automatically when an agent frees up.

Digital receptionists

Multi-level IVR menus with prompts uploaded, recorded in the browser, or recorded from any desk phone.

Office hours & holidays

Business-hours routing with holiday sets and separate out-of-hours destinations.

Park, pickup & conference

Valet parking orbits with live BLF lamps, directed call pickup, blind and attended transfer, intercom, and a PIN-protected conference bridge.

The Exovo app

GUIDES →

A desktop softphone for Windows — connected from anywhere over the same encrypted tunnel the SBC uses. No VPN, no port forwarding.

Calls on your PC

A dialer with live directory suggestions, hold with music, blind and attended transfer, in-call keypad, and a send-to-voicemail option right on the ringing call.

BLF keys, live

A programmable-key strip that mirrors your desk phone's layout — colleagues' keys light up ringing and busy in real time, and a tap transfers the caller mid-call.

Chat & SMS, in sync

Team chat and business texting shared live with the web client — send from either side and it appears on the other instantly, read state and delivery ticks included.

Know which line is ringing

Calls arriving through a ring group or queue show their route — via Ring All 802 — while ringing and in history, so reception answers right.

Made for the front desk

Global hotkeys that work unfocused, HID headset buttons and lamps, echo cancellation, CRM screen pop on ring, desk phone control (CTI), on-demand call recording, and a system tray home.

Sign in, and it's set up

Enter your system's address and sign in — SSO included — or use a one-time pairing code from the web client. Enrollment is automatic, and every device is listed and revocable by an admin.

Voicemail with transcriptions, team presence, meetings and dark theme too. iOS and Android apps on the same foundation are coming soon.

Trunks & carriers

GUIDES →

Bring your own carrier — registration or IP-auth, cloud or analog.

Provider templates

Preconfigured SIP trunk templates for dozens of carriers, kept current from the template catalog.

Inbound & outbound rules

DID routing to typed destinations; outbound rules with prefix and length matching, digit strip/prepend, and up to five failover routes per rule.

Caller ID control

Per-extension outbound caller ID, a per-call caller ID picker from an admin-approved list, per-call blocking, and CID blacklists in both directions.

Emergency calling

Dedicated emergency rules that bypass toll restrictions, with every emergency call logged and alerted.

Bridges between systems

Join two Exovo systems — or an Exovo and a 3CX — so extensions dial each other by prefix. Exovo↔Exovo bridges ride the encrypted tunnel: one outbound port, nothing exposed.

Messaging & fax

GUIDES →

Text, chat and fax on the numbers you already own.

SMS & MMS

Business texting on your own trunk DIDs with full MMS, shared group inboxes, and claim-on-send so two agents never double-reply to a customer.

Team chat

Direct messages, group chats and open channels — with presence, file sharing and pins — right beside calls in the web client and the Exovo app, kept in sync live.

Website live chat

One embed line puts a chat widget on any website — conversations land in the same team inbox, routed to your queues, with first-reply-claims ownership.

Fax

T.38 fax with PDF sending from the browser, inbound fax-to-email, and per-user fax caller ID so replies come back to the right desk.

Video meetings

GUIDES →

Face-to-face on your own server — no third-party meeting cloud, nothing to install.

Meet now

Every user has an always-on meeting room — one click to start, with the share link on your clipboard. Colleagues join by extension; 480p, 720p or 1080p HD.

Scheduled meetings

Webmeetings and dial-in audio conferences with titles, time slots and ready-to-paste invites — or standing rooms with no schedule at all.

Guests in the browser

Outside participants join from a link — no account, no install. A waiting room holds them until admitted, and locking the meeting closes the door entirely.

Screen share & chat

Share a screen or window, message the room, react with emoji, raise a hand — with grid and speaker layouts, and initials tiles for camera-off participants.

Virtual backgrounds

Blur or replace your background — segmentation runs in your browser, so the raw camera feed never leaves your machine.

Recording & phone dial-in

Record meetings to MP4 alongside call recordings, and let anyone join the audio from an ordinary phone with a per-meeting code.

Phones & provisioning

GUIDES →

Plug it in; Exovo does the rest.

Zero-touch provisioning

Yealink, Fanvil, Grandstream, Snom and Cisco phones configure themselves — on the LAN, over VPN, or through an on-site SBC. Cisco 8800s stay on their Enterprise (CUCM) firmware: Exovo serves them CUCM-style configs, directory and firmware directly. An extension can have several desk phones, each with its own settings.

DECT bases & FXS adapters

Cordless DECT systems and analog adapters provision from the same catalog — including remote ATAs that receive their VPN certificates automatically and register through the tunnel from anywhere.

VoIP gateways

Grandstream GXW and Patton SmartNode gateways bring analog lines and legacy equipment onto the system.

Phone web-UI access

Open any provisioned phone's own web interface straight from the console — even when the phone sits behind a remote site's NAT.

Work from anywhere

GUIDES →

Remote sites and remote people, without punching holes in firewalls.

The Exovo SBC

A small container appliance that carries a whole site's phones over one mutual-TLS tunnel — one-time enrollment key, no port forwarding at the site.

Built-in VPN

An integrated OpenVPN server with per-device certificates — remote desk phones and analog adapters connect home with zero manual VPN setup. Cisco Enterprise phones use their built-in AnyConnect client instead, authenticated by the phone's factory certificate — plug in at home, and it registers.

Web client anywhere

Calls, chat, voicemail, recordings and settings from any browser — a full WebRTC softphone, no install.

Made for small screens too

The web client, operator panel and admin console all adapt to phones and tablets — take calls and manage the system from whatever's in your hand.

Accessible by design

Audited and remediated against WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the web client, admin console, operator panel and setup wizard — keyboard, screen-reader and contrast included.

On a PC, the Exovo app for Windows connects over the same tunnel from anywhere. Native iOS and Android apps are in the works — coming soon.

Integrations & platform

GUIDES →

Exovo plugs into the tools your business already runs on.

17 CRM integrations

Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, ConnectWise Manage, HaloPSA and more — caller-ID lookup on ring, call and chat journaling, contact auto-create, and phonebook sync.

REST API

Scoped API keys over a clean REST surface for reporting and automation.

Single sign-on

OIDC login for the console — Authentik, Entra ID, Keycloak or any OpenID Connect provider.

Microsoft 365 sync

Entra ID group members become extensions automatically, personal and shared-mailbox contacts flow into the phonebook, and "Sign in with Microsoft" is a separate switch.

Email delivery

Voicemail-to-email, missed-call notifications, and queue overflow messages to the whole team.

Recording & insight

GUIDES →

Know what happened on every call — without your audio leaving the building.

Call recording

Per-extension recording policies — everything or external calls only — plus on-demand recording from the Exovo app, with search, in-browser playback and per-user playback permissions.

On-box transcription

Whisper runs on your server: transcripts, summaries and sentiment, with no audio sent to a third party.

Storage & archiving

Recording quotas with auto-delete and archive policies, plus scheduled encrypted backups to remote storage.

Dashboard & reports

Live system dashboard, service health, a full event log, call reports — and read-only BI views in your own PostgreSQL for Grafana or Power BI.

Security & self-hosting

GUIDES →

A PBX on the public internet is a target. Exovo ships defended.

Hardened SIP edge

TLS and SRTP, automatic firewall banning of SIP scanners, and toll-fraud detection that watches calling patterns.

Access control

Role-based permissions, TOTP two-factor login, per-extension registration IP restrictions and concurrent-call caps.

Containers on your hardware

The whole stack deploys with Docker Compose — one command, then a browser onboarding wizard. Your server, your data.

Rolling updates & backups

A rolling release — no annual version migrations, just one-click updates that swap the whole stack — plus encrypted backup & restore of the entire system.

HA-ready by design

The whole PBX is one VM — protect it with Proxmox HA, vSphere HA or Hyper-V Replica, and phones carry a backup SIP server for anything longer than a restart.

Multi-tenant hosting

GUIDES →

One machine, many customers — built for MSPs and operators.

Isolated tenants

Each tenant is a complete phone system — its own domain, users, trunks, routing, recordings and settings — invisible to every other tenant on the box.

Operator console

A live dashboard across all tenants — registrations and active calls in real time — with one-click Administer to step into any tenant's console for support.

Automatic domains & TLS

Create a tenant with its own FQDN and Exovo publishes the routing and requests the certificate automatically — no proxy edits, no restarts.

Tenant-level restore

One encrypted backup covers the whole machine. Restore a single tenant live while every other tenant keeps taking calls — or move a standalone system in as a new tenant.

Run it in your rack — not someone else's cloud.
