First login and initial setup

After installation, sign in to the web console with the administrator account created during setup.

  1. Change the admin password under your profile settings.
  2. Set your system FQDN so provisioning, recording links and integrations build correct URLs.
  3. Create extensions for your team — each user gets a web client login and SIP credentials.
  4. Add a SIP trunk from a provider template to make and receive external calls.
  5. Point a desk phone at the PBX — supported models provision themselves.
