Yealink T5 Series

Exovo provisions Yealink T5-series phones automatically: create the phone against an extension, and the phone pulls its full configuration — accounts, keys, directory, firmware settings — from the PBX.

Supported models

T53, T53W, T54W, T57W (and the T5 family sharing the same template).

Provision a phone

1. In the web console, open Office → Phones and add a phone, selecting the extension.
2. Choose the provisioning mode:
   • Local LAN — the phone finds the PBX on your network.
   • VPN / remote — the phone connects through the Exovo tunnel.
3. Factory-reset or reboot the phone; it fetches its configuration and registers.

The phone's web UI stays reachable from the console via the built-in phone-UI proxy — no need to be on the phone's network.
